this is something I actually started in eighth grade but finished over the summer to commemorate peter Capaldi's last season as Doctor Who. I made it on google drawings by taking a monocromatic photo and a colour gradient and drawing out shapes foe shadows and highlights and filling it out in the colour I chose.
